Order preparation

Confirmed, in-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day. High-volume periods, address questions, payment review, or inventory verification can require additional time. If a material delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

United States delivery

U.S. delivery commonly takes 3–7 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is emailed when the order is marked shipped.

International delivery

International destinations are available only when offered at checkout. Transit time varies by country and carrier. The recipient may be responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or customs charges unless those amounts are collected during checkout. Customs processing can add delays outside our control.

Address changes

Review your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee a change after an order enters fulfillment or is accepted by the carrier. Additional postage or reshipment charges may apply when an address supplied at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Tracking concerns

If tracking has not updated for three business days, or if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. For a delivered scan, first check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and any secure delivery area. We will help review the available carrier information and determine the next appropriate step.

Damage or missing contents

Contact us promptly and retain the product and packaging. Include photographs of the exterior package, shipping label, contents, and lot or package information when available.
