These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from and use of The Diet Seed website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to all policies presented during checkout.

Wellness information and responsible use

Product descriptions, directions, testimonials, and educational materials are provided for general information. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. We do not guarantee weight loss, detoxification, appetite suppression, fat burning, or any specific result.

Read and follow every direction and caution supplied with the product. Do not exceed directions or use a product if its identity, packaging, or instructions are unclear. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek prompt medical care for concerning symptoms.

Orders, availability, and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, product availability, and reasonable quantity limits. We may correct pricing or listing errors, decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities when necessary. If a canceled order has been charged, the appropriate refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price and terms shown at checkout govern the order.

Payment

Available payment methods are the methods displayed during checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and the applicable payment provider. Do not send cash, checks, or payment information outside the approved checkout unless The Diet Seed has provided written instructions for a specific transaction.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to prepare confirmed, in-stock U.S. orders within 1–2 business days. Typical carrier delivery is 3–7 business days after acceptance, but transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Customer Care page for the current service standard.

Returns and order problems

Contact us within 30 days of purchase regarding a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Do not return a product without contacting us first. Eligibility and the appropriate resolution depend on the product condition, order facts, applicable law, and any policy displayed at purchase.

Testimonials and partner marketing

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not proof of safety, effectiveness, or typical results. Affiliates, wholesalers, and other partners may not make medical claims, guarantee results, or state that a product is completely safe. Compensated relationships must be disclosed clearly.

Intellectual property

The Diet Seed name, branding, original copy, graphics, and site materials are owned by or licensed to The Diet Seed and may not be reproduced, republished, or used commercially without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Site use and third-party services

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes. Shopify, carriers, payment providers, and linked third parties operate under their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated at purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Information submitted through the store is used to process orders, provide customer care, prevent fraud, and operate the business. Shopify and connected service providers process information under their own privacy terms. Do not submit sensitive medical information through ordinary email or the contact form.

We may update these terms when our products, operations, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
