Our customer-care promise

We want every order to arrive correctly and in excellent condition. Contact us at thedietseed@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery if you need return or order-problem assistance. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.

Unopened returns

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be approved for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly after delivery. Include photographs of the product, shipping package, and lot or package information when available. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund. When the problem is our error, we will not require you to pay return shipping.

Opened products

Because this is a consumable wellness product, opened or unsealed items generally cannot be returned for preference, change of mind, or individual results. This restriction does not limit remedies available for a verified defect, incorrect item, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellations and address changes

Request a cancellation or address correction as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to help before fulfillment, but an order cannot be canceled or redirected after it has entered fulfillment or been accepted by the carrier.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we issue the refund, banks and payment providers commonly require 5–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Wellness results

We do not guarantee weight loss, detoxification, appetite suppression, fat burning, or any medical outcome. Individual results or the absence of a desired result do not establish that a product is defective.
